Pool Try Outs

A pool try out is a free 15 minute booking in our warm water treadmill pool. Use this time to try out the current and treadmill as well as entry and exit from the pool. Our staff will work with you to learn how the current works and answer questions.

How to Schedule a pool try out

We offer reservations during facility hours. To reserve a spot to try out the pool follow the instructions below or CLICK HERE for a downloadable PDF with visual instructions.

  • Online via RecDesk (Recommended)

    • Log in to your RecDesk account

    • Click on "Facilities" 

    • Click the green "Reserve" button next to the "Treadmill Pool Lane 1"

    • Select a date to search for available times (can book 2 weeks out) 

    • Fill in the following fields:

      • Select the Member​

      • Enter a description (i.e. Ben Smith assessment)

      • Enter group size "1"

    • Select the time slot and click "add to cart"

    • Complete the checkout process
