Child + Parent (Ages 6 - 24 months)
Our youngest swimmers and their grown-ups dive into fun together! This class is perfect for little ones who are comfortable with an adult in the water, enjoy splashing or holding their caregiver, and can tolerate water on their face. Through gentle guidance, babies and toddlers build water confidence, learn safe holding techniques, and discover the fun of being in the pool with you.

Pre-School Level 1 (Ages 2-4)
Ideal for toddlers and preschoolers who are happy in the water with an adult nearby. Swimmers should be able to follow simple instructions, briefly put their face in or blow bubbles, kick or move arms with support, and hold the pool edge when asked. This level focuses on water comfort, basic safety habits, and the very first independent movements which set the stage for a lifetime of loving the water.

Pre-School Level 2 (Ages 3-5)
Ready for the next step! Swimmers in Pre-School 2 can enter and exit the pool with supervision, fully submerge their face, blow bubbles, float with some support, and show beginning arm and leg coordination. Children learn to follow simple safety rules while gaining confidence through fun games and gentle challenges, all in a supportive small-group setting.

Learn To Swim Level 1 (Ages 4-8)
The exciting transition to swimming! Swimmers must be comfortable submerging their face, holding their breath briefly, floating with minimal support, and using basic arm and leg movements. This level teaches independent floating, gliding, and unassisted swims while emphasizing water safety and following multi-step directions.

Learn To Swim Level 2 (Ages 4-12)
Building real swimming skills! Students enter this level able to float on their own, breathe rhythmically (or exhale underwater), perform basic freestyle and backstroke arms/legs, and briefly tread water. Focus is on smooth breathing, longer swims, and understanding essential pool safety rules, helping kids become confident, independent swimmers.

Learn To Swim Level 3 (Ages 5-12)
Swimmers take it to the next level with proper freestyle and backstroke form, consistent side breathing, strong treading skills, and comfort in deeper water. Children follow more complex instructions and continue developing endurance and technique. This class prepares students for recreational swimming and sets the foundation for competitive strokes.

Learn To Swim Level 4 (Ages 5-12)
Strong, confident swimmers thrive here! Swimmers must already be proficient in freestyle and backstroke, know the basics of breaststroke, tread water for longer periods, perform kneeling or standing dives, and understand safety and simple rescue concepts. This level refines technique, builds endurance, and introduces more advanced skills.

Advanced Stroke (Ages 6-15)
For dedicated swimmers ready to master all four competitive strokes! Participants should have strong freestyle and backstroke and basic breaststroke with good endurance, and the ability to perform flip turns. This class focuses on stroke technique, speed, starts and turns, and advanced water-safety knowledge, perfect for swim team preparation or lifelong fitness.
